Expedition Leader: Paul Etheridge

18th October

Paul called to update us; the team are all doing well and enjoying the expedition so far. They have done some training today on the use of crampons and ice axes. Tomorrow they will have a day on a glacier practising skills and they plan to climb Yala Peak (5624m) in a few days’ time as the weather is looking promising.

15th October

Paul emailed in to say the team have all arrived safely and have made all their preparations. Today they have a 7 hour drive over to Langtang.
