23rd Oct The team are all back in Namche Bazaar and have had a very successful trip to Everest Base Camp and Kala Patar. They’re currently eating apple pie in one of the world’s highest bakery and should be back in Kathmandu on the 25th

15th Oct Campbell has just emailed from Namche Bazaar where the team are enjoying a rest/acclimatisation day. Everyone’s well and had their first views of Ama Dablam and Everest. Tomorrow they’ll be dropping down to cross the Dubh Kosi before climbing to the monastery at Tengboche.

13th Oct The team has arrived safely in Lukla and have started their trek to Phakding.

11th Oct  Campbell phoned today to tell us everyone has arrived safely in Nepal.  They will spend a rest and acclimatisation day in Kathmandu tomorrow, soaking up the sights and culture before the start of their trek.  It is likely that Campbell will contact us again once the group reach Namche.

5th Oct  The team will depart for Nepal on the 10th October
