28th Dec Liam Glyn & John reached BC and are now heading back down to Lobuche.

25th Dec Team are having their rest day at Dingboche tomorrow they will head up to Lobuche.

22nd Dec Liam and the team arrived at Namche yesterday and had an acclimimatisation/rest day today. They went to visit the Hillary School and the Yeti skull today. The weather has been excellent so far with clear sunny skies in the day and cold cloud free nights.

19th Dec  The team have arrived safely in Kathmandu if the weather is good today they will fly to Lukla
