Courses and Lake District Hire Form

Welcome to the Adventure Peaks hire portal!

This portal is for hire equipment to our own clients on courses and external customers who are looking to hire for UK use.

The process is very simple and works in following steps:

1. Submit your online hire form application.
2. Automatic email confirmation of your request.
3. You will then receive confirmation from us about availability and final cost (This is usually within 7 days of submitting).
4. Payment including a 20% security deposit (Refundable once all equipment has been returned).
5. For those who have booked onto our Scottish winter courses the hire equipment will be waiting for you at the course hotel. For external customers, collection from the start date of your hire period or postage of equipment will be available 1 week prior to your hire period for extended hire periods only.
6. For those on our Scottish winter courses you will need to return your equipment to the hotel at the end of the course. For external customers, the return of equipment must be on the last date of your hire period to our Ambleside store (Adventure Peaks, LA22 0DB).
7. Return of security deposit once all equipment is inspected and accounted for.
   

   If you have any specific requests or would like more than one of the same item you can add this to your online request at the end.
