SUMMIT SUCCESS!

Roope called in this afternoon to say that the team are back down safely at the final camp after a successful summit day. Nadia, Mike, Damian, Rob and Bhu reached the summit, with Alex deciding to wait at high camp and Dale and Charlie reached Gillman’s point on the crater rim. Congratulations to the team!

15th July

The team have reached Mawenzi tarn, all is good and they will have a rest day tomorrow.

13th July

The start of every good trip is when the luggage arrives, thankfully this is not the only bag that arrived and each team member was happily reunited with their kit bag after the flight.
