The team are sleeping at Camp 1 the weather has been wet but they are in good spirits, tomorrow they plan to reach 6000m then back to BC for a rest.

30th July

The team are spending 2 nights acclimatising at Base camp before the plan to sleep at camp 1.  Carries to camp have been completed.

26th July

The team  arrived in Bishkek and have not travelled over the border and have arrived in Kashgar. The team are buying the last of their food and equipment and tomorrow they will travel to Subashi.
