14th October 2022

Today the team will arrive into Kathmandu. They will make their final preparations and last minute kit checks before departing for Kathmandu.

17th October 2022

The team has left Kathmandu and arrived in Namche!

Pablo reports that the team has been enjoying the beautiful hikes and aclimatizing well.

The weather has been excellent so far, the team will enjoy an acclimatization day and some sightseeing Namche.

21st October 2022

An update from the team:

Today the team arrived at Chuukung and tomorrow basecamp!

The team has summited Denboche Ri at 5500m during their aclimatization day and have been going over some rope skills in preperation for their climb.

23rd October 2022 - Summit Day

The team had a successful summit of Island Peak. They were fortunate with great weather. Here are some pictures from Pablo.

His other expeditions include: Ama Dablam, Annapurna IV, Peak Lenin, Aconcagua, Khan Tengri, Tien Shan Unclimbed, Korzhenevskaya, Himlung Himal, Baruntse, Mera & Island Peak, Alpamayo, Bolivian Peaks, Spantik, Carstensz Pyramid, Elbrus, MtArarat, Mexican Volcanoes, Mt Kenya and Kilimanjaro. He was the first Brit to summit Everest via the North Ridge 3 times and has climbed Everest from both the North & South sides.
