The team have been enjoying some relaxtion time in Kathmandu before their return home this weekend.
The team are now back in Lukla and having a final meal and celebrations with all the staff before they fly back to Kathmandu.
Yesterday, the team made their summit bid on Island Peak. Gareth, Luke, Ed Liam, & Robin reached the summit at around 7am local time with the Sherpas. Harriet made it to the foot of the headwall before deciding to turn around, and Dave decided to stop at crampon point at 5900m. Well done to all the group in their efforts. The team are now back in Pangboche.

31st of October The team will arrive in Kathmandu on the 1st of November ready to fly to Lukla to begin their expedition.
Robin is an IFMGA and British Mountain Guide, and was involved with Adventure Peaks’ Alpine courses from their inception. He has led professional and private expeditions to South America, Africa, Indonesia, Central Asia, Antarctica, the Arctic and the Himalaya. He has summitted Everest as a guide for Adventure Peaks, together with 6 clients and 5 Sherpas. Robin is a regular Adventure Peaks leader, and recently successfully led our first expedition to Lhotse.
