Skye Cuillin Ridge June 2018

Our group had a great trip to Skye this week, with the aim to do a traverse of the dramatic Cuillin Ridge. The weather was pretty mixed, with a heavy hail storm on Wednesday and strong winds to contend with. Still they fitted in the best sections of the ridge over 4 days, covering scrambling skills including tying in, short roping and moving together. They managed to do the traverse of Sgurr a’ Mhadaidh and Sgurr a’ Ghreadaidh on Monday, traversed Bruach na Frithe and Am Bhasteir on Tuesday, and the classic In Pinn yesterday, and it sounds like they had a fantastic time.
